Begin your journey with Ayurveda’s core principles - five elements, three doshas, gurvadi gunas and importance of balance. Learn simple yet, powerful lifestyle and diet shifts to support your wellbeing.

Week Two: The Role of Ahar & Agni 

Discover the four pillars of health, focusing on ahara (diet). Dive deep into agni - understanding digestion as the foundation for health. Learn to recognise signs of imbalance and how to nurture your agni.

Week Three: Eating In Alignment With Nature 

Learn how to eat in harmony with the seasons and your unique constitution. Discover the six tastes (shad rasa), explore seasonal eating practices and understand how to eat for your dosha.

Week 4: Creating A Sattvic Kitchen

Bring sacredness into your kitchen and gain a fresh perspective on cooking - it’s not just what you cook, but how. Explore the maha gunas and how to cook and eat in a sattvic way.

Week 5: Making Balanced Meals 

Learn to prepare wholesome, balanced meals with Ayurvedic principles. Understand food combining, the energetics of food, and how to create nourishing balanced bowls.

Week 6: Food As Medicine 

Discover how to use food, spices, and herbs to support wellbeing. Learn how to reduce toxins (ama), build vitality (ojas) and practice Ayurvedic cleansing.
