What makes our catering Ayurvedic?
Ayurvedic cooking is so much more than using spices and cooking with ghee. What makes a meal truely Ayurvedic is that it is supportive for your agni and balanced in nature.
The food we share is sattvic meaning that it is fresh, pure and as close to nature as possible. All our meals are vegetarian, naturally gluten free and made with fresh, mostly organic ingredients.
All meals are tri-doshic to support all constitutions and our menu changes with each season. Our cooking is balanced in the six tastes and honours Ayurvedic food combining principles.
Ayurveda also understands that the energy of the kitchen influences the food we eat and we always aim to cook in a peaceful environment with mantra, love and intention.

Made entirely from scratch and cooked fresh daily—never using canned, processed, frozen, or pre-made foods.
Cooked in organic ghee, olive oil, or coconut oil, using only non-toxic cookware
