Ayurveda believes that a balanced digestion is the foundation to a healthy life and how we eat and digest has one of the most direct impacts on our wellbeing and vitality. When we are eating in a way that is sattvic and aligned with nature, food is our greatest medicine. 

When we aren’t eating in a way that is balanced in nature and our own constitution, it can affect all areas of our health including our immunity system, hormonal cycle, sleep quality, metabolism & elimination, as well as quality of mind. 

In Ayurveda, when we are experiencing any imbalances within our health the quality of our digestion or agni’ is the first place we look.

Ayurveda understands that a healthy digestion is so much more than just the food we eat but, how we are digesting all aspects of out life. By implementing simple Ayurvedic principles, we can create lasting changes within our health and often find the answers to many unresolved digestive issues.

In this workshop I will guide you through foundational Ayurvedic principles to teach you how to balance your digestion for greater health and heal your digestive troubles for good. 

In this workshop we will cover:

~ The concept of ‘agni’ and how digestion is the foundation for our health 

~ Learn how to create and maintain a healthy digestion with Ayurvedic principles 

~ How to support many common digestive imbalances such as gas, bloating or constipation. 

~ Understand how to prepare meals with Ayurvedic principles to support your digestion 

This workshop will be live online and include a lecture with Emily, helpful handouts and time for questions and discussion.
